We go out every year the Sat. after Thanksgiving and get our Christmas tree. (We cut ours down every year, most years from Talbots Christmas tree farm) It always ends up looking much smaller out in the middle of a field than it does in the corner of our living room and this year was no exception to that rule. I knew we were in trouble when we were dragging it up. It was VERY heavy... Ended up being about the tallest we have had so far. (14'-8")

Anyway - this is what it looks like decorated this year.....

That is a monster! Did you have a star filter on your camera?

No, just a long exposure.. (about 14 seconds)

Still learning the camera, I picked it up used (and really, really cheap) so not sure if that should have happened or not, but I do like the effect. Camera is a Canon Powershot S5 IS.
