And this was taken today and is at about 9 months of age.

Ive never realized the changes hes made in his colors until i went through these. His black seems to come and go. Cool tho to look at these photos to see how hes changed. Oh and i just refer to him as a he, i couldnt tell you if its male or female :).

Feel free to post up any other picasso clownfish anyone may have id love to see them.

Nice fish you got there. Picasso's are some of my favorite types of clowns. How many Flasher wrasses do you have? Pics of the rest of tank?

2 Flashers and 2 Fairy. The male pictured above (Red Line Spot flasher from Bali) is house solo in my tank downstairs now. My other male is living the life with 2 female red fairy wrasse upstairs. I actually get a kick out of the Picasso in that he chases the wrasse away from his anemone all the time. Little fish that thinks hes the size of a grouper... Between that and his helmet i decided to call him 'Crash'.

That is definitely a beautiful fish (well they all are!) You must have a covering on your tank with those notorious jumpers in there?

yes, more pics!

Love the pictures!!! Now I know that every clown fish I buy is STUPID!! They have never gone into an anemone...ever. As a matter of fact, the other day I had my yellow belly dori swim too close to my red bubble tip and now its dead!! That is as close as I have had a fish get to any of my anemonies. Disappointing but I really do love your fish and that it has already found a host.

Sorry to hear that schick. It took him about 3 months before he finally decided the anemone was for him. My patience has finally paid off.

Thank you all for the comments!

did the tang get eaten by the anemone?? i have never heard of a buble tip eating a healthy fish. carpets are known to but not bubble tips. either the fish was not healthy or you dont have a bubble tip anemone.

The tang was stuck in it. My wife found and had to pull it out of it. Couldn't believe it. The fish is healthy and I will post pics of the RBT. It split a week or so prior to this so now there are four. Some of you have purchased the RBT from me when it has split before. I sold 4 or 5 of them last year at the frag fest and 4 or 5 since.

Really sorry to hear about the tang guys. Is that the same one you got at last years Fragtoberfest?
