annual dues

I know you have to pay annually for memberships but when is the date that everyone has to pay it again or does it go by when you paid your dues i wanna pay to be a member but in october if it starts everyone over i dont wanna have to pay again with just having to pay this month

The club's fees run anually from November 1 to October 31. If you pay in October, you will be a paid member for the year (through Oct 31 of the following year).
