How to make a overflow

Does anyone know a good way to make overflow teeth other then a cnc machine lol

on glass or acrilic? a dremel tool might work.

I used a router. I clamped a piece of wood to use as a stop so all of the slots are the same length. And then scribe lines at what ever spacing you want them. I just fed the router slowly down the lines to my stop.

you dont need teeth, i didnt put them on my 150. teeth just get clogged up with algae in my experience.

With out teeth i was always going fishing trying to get someone out of the overflow. I ended up doing horizontal teeth.
