i hate flatworms!!!! have you thought about putting a wrasse in there to help combat them. i know sixline, yellow, and many fairy wrasses will eat them to keep them at bay. wrasses are an excellent reef addition anyways.

I have been thinking about alot of things. Will the wrasse get along with my pseudochromis?

depending on the type of wrasse you will most likely be fine most likely. wrasses are usually good tank mates, but the pseudocrhromis is the butt head. a yellow coris wrasse or a six line would be my suggestions for a 55. i would use the flatworm exit to "knock them back" and then have a wrasse in there to keep the numbers down. you are dealing with planeria right? sometimes when you use flatworm exit they dont all die, or the eggs dont die. they usually come back, that is why it is nice to have a wrasse in there to help with the rebloom.

Yes I do believe it to be planaria. From everything I have read and seen it fits. Reddish brown, flat, red spot in the center. Some are very small while others are the size of a freckle on howdy doodys cheek LOL. Will be looking into the Wrasse. Do you have any in stock?

i am not a huge fan of nudibranchs, hiars, slugs etc. mainly because they have such a specific diet they usually will eat and eat untill it is gone and then they starve. since wrasses will eat both the flatworms and prepared food it would be a better choice.

I looked up the coris and it said they are not reef compatable, use caution with the yellow coris. I have been looking at the various wrasse all nite. Tough to decide. How soon will you have one?

most wrasse's are not considered reef safe because they will pick at small inverts (worms, pods, etc.) I don't think they are known to really bother corals, I think it's mostly inverts.
